An opportunity for everybody
Royal Run is an opportunity for everybody to take part in this unique event with the royal family where running, walking and something in between is in focus. Hopefully this event will encourage people to be physically active on this day and in general.
Participants can choose to either walk or run the three distances: One mile (1.6 km), 5 km, and 10 km.
The event is organized so that everyone can participate. Athletes or ambitious runners can compete and chase personal records. The rest of us can join the festive event at our own pace – and it is possible for whole families, elderly, and those with disabilities to participate and enjoy the celebration in the streets of the five host cities.
Want to join Royal Run?
You can still purchase a race bib for Royal Run, even if you are not living in Denmark.
When registration opens on November 12th at 10:00 AM (CET), a sign-up link will be available next to each host city on the frontpage. This link will guide you to the registration page, where you can secure your race bib.
But don't wait too long – last year, race bibs were sold out quickly. So, be ready when registration opens to ensure your spot at next year's Royal Run event!
